Electronic Declarations and Packet Label
In line with new adopted International standard requirement, it is now mandatory to submit electronic advanced customs data prior to forwarding a post item internationally. All clients are therefore required to complete an online custom declaration form for each package that is being shipped outside of Seychelles using the provided link on this page.
Upon completion you will have the option to print the declaration which you should bring along with you to the post office.
In case you do not have a printer please record the code generated so that you can provide to the post office staff in order to retrieve your data for printing.
Note that all fields are mandatory unless they are marked as optional.
Kindly ensure to check the EMS box for sending EMS items so that you can get the correct label.
Once completed and you have selected print a copy, a window will open with the label for printing. Right Click on the label and select print from the options given at the click.
